Procedures for picking up or delivering to our Sacramento, CA auction site.

Sacramento, CA: Equipment Pickup & Delivery

Here is more detailed information on picking up or delivering equipment to our Sacramento, CA auction location. Please note that pickup occurs the week following the auction date between the hours of 8:00AM & 5:00PM and is on a first come, first serve basis.

Pickup Procedures:

1: Please talk with our office support team upon arrival to receive a release ticket for your purchased items. No item can be removed from the auction site until it is paid in full.
2: Proceed to the check-in booth with your vehicle and present your gate release ticket.
3: A Bar None Auction team member will direct you on to your pickup location where you may load your items (be weary of your surroundings) or if applicable, wait briefly until a member of our team loads for you.

Delivery Procedures:

1: Equipment and vehicle keys must be delivered with the unit(s) being delivered.
2: Before entering the auction site, check in with the office to sign a release form and coordinate drop off.
3: If transportation company is making the delivery, vehicle/equipment owner’s information must be provided.

Overall Auction Site Policies & Procedures:

1: Access to & from auction site is only permitted from main entrance off Power Inn Road.
2: Entrance to auction site and assistance from the Bar None Auction team will occur on a first come, first serve basis.
3: Every person or company official entering Bar None Auction’s auction site does so at their own risk. Bar None Auction is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred to persons or property while on site.
4: Bar None Auction is not responsible for loading or unloading equipment or securing any loads. Assistance is offered as a courtesy only.
5: Bar None Auction is not responsible for verifying equipment being transported to/from it’s destination is properly secured or in accordance with any/all transportation laws and regulations.
6: Bar None Auction will provide assistance in loading/unloading at our discretion and will not be held responsible for any damage.

FAQ (frequently asked questions):

1: What do I need to bring to pickup my items?

  • Make sure to bring your valid state ID.

2: Can I have someone else pickup my items?

  • Unless previously established, no. The provided ID must match the buyers first and last name.

3: When will I receive the registration for a vehicle won at auction?

  • If we handle registration, between 6 – 8 weeks. If you are responsible for registration, approximately 10 business days. Each vehicle is different, and you’ll find out after the auction who will be handling the registration.

4: Can I put the vehicle’s/equipment’s title into another’s name?

  • No. All title documentation will be transferred into the buyers first and last name which is the same name associated with the bidding account.
