1. Promotion Period

The Bar None Auction Stag Skid Steer Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins on February 10, 2026 at 09:00 PST and ends on March 7, 2026 at 23:59 PST (“Promotion Period”). All times are Pacific Standard Time.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor during the week of March 8–14, 2026 (on one of the following dates: March 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, or 14). Sponsor will record the exact drawing date internally.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and persons living in the same household.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Entry is available in one of three ways:

1. Online entry form available at a Bar None Auction tradeshow booth
2. A QR code obtained from tradeshow game board; and,
3. A QR code obtained from tradeshow scratcher card.

• No purchase necessary.
• Entry is free.
• Limit: Two (2) entries are possible per person, per email address.
• Multiple eligible individuals in the same household may enter, provided each uses a unique email address.
• Automated entries, duplicate entries under the same email, or entries generated by bots or scripts are void.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Stag Skid Steer (Model: [MODEL TBD])

• Condition: New
• Serial/Stock Number: [SERIAL/STOCK TBD]
• Included Attachments: [ATTACHMENTS TBD]

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $[ARV TBD]

ARV is Sponsor’s good‑faith estimate as of [DATE TBD]. ARV includes only the equipment and listed attachments. ARV does not include taxes, registration, title transfer fees, delivery, dealer fees, licensing, insurance, or any other costs.

Sponsor will maintain valuation documentation (dealer quote, MSRP, invoice, or appraisal) dated prior to the Promotion start.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor during the week of March 8–14, 2026.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

• Potential winner will be notified by email immediately after the drawing.
• Winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification email.
• Winner must complete and return the following within ten (10) business days:
  • Affidavit of Eligibility
  • Liability & Publicity Release
  • IRS Form W‑9

Failure to respond, or complete required documents, will result in forfeiture and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Prize Pickup and Transfer

• Winner must pick up the prize at: 4751 Power Inn Road, Sacramento, CA 95826
• Pickup must be coordinated and completed within fourteen (14) days of winner verification.
• Failure to pick up within the required timeframe results in forfeiture.

Winner Responsibilities

Winner is solely responsible for:

• Transportation and pickup arrangements
• All taxes (federal, state, local)
• Registration, title transfer, licensing
• Insurance
• Any dealer fees
• Any required operator training or certifications
• Safe operation of the equipment

Sponsor is not required to deliver the prize.

Condition

Prize is awarded “AS‑IS.” Any manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is between winner and manufacturer.

9. Taxes and Reporting

Winner must complete IRS Form W‑9. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099‑MISC or other required tax forms for the ARV of the prize.

Winner is solely responsible for all tax liabilities.

Sponsor will document Fair Market Value (FMV) using dealer quotes, MSRP, comparable listings, or appraisal.

10. Release and Indemnity

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

Bar None Auction, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, dealers, and representatives

from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize
• Operation of the equipment

Winner agrees to indemnify Sponsor for any claims arising from winner’s operation or transport of the equipment.

11. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s:

• Name
• City and state
• Likeness
• Voice
• Statements

for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity.

If canceled, Sponsor may award the prize via random drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

13. Privacy

Sponsor collects personal information for:

• Entry processing
• Winner selection and verification
• Prize fulfillment
• Tax reporting
• Marketing and promotional purposes

Sponsor may share data with service providers, dealers, and marketing partners.

Entrants consent to receive marketing communications and may opt out at any time.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Entrants waive:

• Jury trial
• Class action participation

15. Winner notification and verification

Potential winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter immediately after the drawing. Potential winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours. Potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and IRS Form W‑9 within ten (10) business days of notification. Failure to timely respond or return required documents will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is disqualified, unreachable, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

16. Winner responsibilities, safety, and operator competency

Winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have any required licenses, certifications, training, or insurance to legally accept, register, transport, and operate the skid steer. Sponsor is not responsible for training, licensing, or operational competency.

The prize is heavy equipment that can cause serious injury or death if misused. Winner assumes all risk of injury or damage from operation of the prize and should obtain appropriate training and insurance prior to operation.
